this place#1763 here in kerrville tx is one of the worst places,s to eat and to order it takes 1 hr, to get 10 pc chicken ordered and cooked ,the servic is unbeleaveable,i can get a live chicken kill it ,clane it ,and cook it,before they can get a 2 pc chicken served ,i,am not sure if this is the way you like your co. name ran ,but this is not the way to run it,how they have stayed opened is just out right luck, i have been buying churchs chicken for over 50 years, i think this is the one that broke the cammels back, i,ll never go back,i,ll take a chanch on kfc , hopefuly they arent as bad. |

This store has been open for a few months. We have ate there several times. Everytime you go there, the employees are very friendly, always cleaning the tables & floors. They always make sure that you have everything you need & if everything tastes good. |

The BBQ chicken wings were wonderful and can't figure out why you stopped serving them. I was very disappointed when I went by to get some and you no longer handle them. SAD SAD |

It all depends on how much you want to pay for food poisoning, and how fast you want to proceed with it. The food tasted like it was marinated in a toilet that hadn't been flushed and was
a dark brown color the same as in the toilet. Either the oil is old and the
food the same, or the Two Notch Road store in Columbia is looking for a lawsuit. Or it could be they just refry their left over chicken to fill the orders that they don't have chicken ready for. And the four letter words from the sewer-mouthed employees you listen to didn't make your appetite any better either, as you were forced to hear this
the whole time you wait for your food,
up to one hour after paying, depending on the employee you ask when it will be
ready. Anybody want to make my next trip to this place? Go ahead, make my day! Church's Fried Chicken is the place to do it, and I'll make your reservation at the closest ER for you. |

Churchs Chicken really needs to rethink their biscuit style. This entire chain has great pieces of chicken, but the biscuits are the pits. These bisuits taste like crumpled paper. I am not sure what type of honey is spread on them for taste or color, but they need to lose it and use butter. Popeyes and KFC have biscuits that taste like "biscuits". |

The service is nice but the food is terrible.When you buy (3)2pc dinners and you don't eat them,there is a problem.The food was not eatable and there was hair fried underneath the skin of chicken.The chicken was old and tough.We couldn't even eat a biscuit because the bread was a roll.I lost my money and I am still hungry. |

I read a comment dated June 10th from Sid Shaw and just like t remind him that America is made up of All ethnic background. At one point or the other, they all did not speak English. I think we should work with these non English speaking folk and teach them how to speak English. This is America, a land of opportunity. |

We were visiting this area from Saginaw,MICHIGAN and had missed Church's chicken (we no longer have one in Saginaw), so we stopped in to pick up lunch. This chicken was the BEST! The seating area is very limited & too small. But, I must say that the employees at this location were VERY COURTEOUS...this is one thing the southerners have up on us!! They know how to treat their customers. WE WILL STOP IN AGAIN!! |
