christa United States/georgia/coastal [Jul 24, 2007] There are few and far between Hardees around anymore, most of them have been closed down. I really enjoy their milk shakes and love their biscuits! There is a Hardees up in the far corner of Georgia that has the best service I have ever experienced, they greeted everyone with a smile, made sure their order was correct, delivered their food to their table and even refilled the guest drinks. Wow! where do you get fast food service like that? The managers were always working you never seen them sitting in the office. I noticed "regulars" and they would ask how everything was going and the Hardees crew treated them like part of the family, It was very nice to see such a friendly outgoing fast food resturant that made you feel like one of the family. I would go back again and again to that Hardees. There are some Hardees out there that need to take tips from this one to spruce up their service and quality! |

Vivien Cox United States/Virginia/Norfolk [Jul 05, 2007] I am a senior citizen and have lived in the area more that 60 years. Recently I went to Hardees on Little Creek Road and Johnsons Road. We, my husband and myself, ordered the Patimelt which was served on a piece of cold untoasted/ungrilled rye bread. I also ordered the Southwest Salad which was filled with wilted slimy lettuce and sour tomatoes. Upon approaching the drink area, I noticed that something nasty was in the drink overflow catch tray. I was ashamed of and for your business. I have noticed that recently your business is all but empty after the breakfast rush and wondered why. Now I know and have no intentions of subjecting myself and my family to such dirty, unfresh, unkept way of taking care of the public. At this rate, it wouldn't surprise me to see your business close soon. To keep the public happy, a business, like yours, needs to be more consciencious about your product. Had I been a nasty person, I would have called the Health Dept. to see what I saw. Shame on your help, evidently they just don't care or that is what they are accustomed too.
Think about it, why is Wendy's busy all day, because they are trying to keep the public happy with clean buildings, healthy, freshly cooked food. Take a hint! Only hope someone will read this and not sluff it off like the spoiled food and unkept building.

Sonia Camp United States/FL/STARKE [Jun 19, 2007] We have been going to Hardees for years and as most fast food areas, there are ups and downs. Hard to keep people in the fast food business. We have always had great service and know the people that work there quite well.... they have always been very helpful and friendly. Food is good, we usually only eat there in the mornings... for we don't usually eat fast foods for dinner. Just wanted to give Hardees a "heads up" Some experiences with fast foods are a "one time" situation and shouldn't be reason to not go there anymore... additional visits and a discussion with the managers if there are problems is the answer... Thumbs up for Hardees! |

Twenty seven minutes later with appearences fromfour different employees asking me what my order was ( I was the only one in line at this point). I finally recieved my order. I do not blame them for the terrible service. But the manager should be fired. This is a business, I am a customer. Treat me like one with good service. |
