My mother and I went took drive thru' when we got home moms food looked okay but I am 32 years old and ordered chicken and I don't think you can buy it anywhere any smaller than what I received tonight. I want reimbursed please or a bigger meal. |

I need the number to Quality Care, or which ever department deals with a customer complaint. I went the location that I indicated above(8107 Southwest Freeway Houston, TX 77074
) I was treated with the utmost disrespect from the Manager of that day-time shift. Not only did the Manager not have on his name badge, but when I ask for his full name he just gave me his first name(Malcolm, so he said) very rudely and denied to give his last name. I understand the company had been under a new owner since the summer of 2007, but I would not think that would affect the quality of the establishment in a negative aspect. When I wanted to receive a refund on the food I purchase, the Manager very rudely ask me why I wanted a refund over and over as I was trying to explain to him why and that I just want my refund back. Then when I ask if I could receive my receipt back, he one again in rude and sarcastic manner said “You did not purchase anything so you don’t get a receipt. This isn’t Wal-Mart or Target where you get a return receipt.” I don’t think that anyone should be treated in that manner and it’s sad to see that type of unprofessional behavior displayed at an establishment that I have been going to for the past 5 years. I love Long John Silver’s and A&W All American Foods but I do not and will not tolerate to be disrespected. |

Its really cheap for the amount of food u get. every thing is fried so u cant really c if the fish is good it seems ok and i like it even though i dont like fish. The hushpuppies are good they are little fried bread thingies and u can ask for extra crums or i think they may be called krispies or someing it is just that fried stuff thats good. i do not like the place envirement isnt good. overall i like it and will go again. |

45 minutes in the drive thru - then get home and my order isn't even right, then while waiting for my food watched the so call manager spin my corn round and round and using the stick beat it on the counter. It was my worst night mare. Never again will I go to Long John Silvers. |

Very good for fast food. Very reasonable prices. A bit too greasy and salty to eat every day, but a nice treat every now and then. Hot food is hot and cold food is cold. The way it should be. |

friday feb 3 2006 ljs south gilbert, danville illinois. 7:00 pm with a doz customers in the eating area, a customer was changing her baby's shitty diaper an a table top in the middle of the dinning area. unbelievable! at least 3 employess standing behind the counter. I asked one "do you allow peopla to change their baby's shitty diapers on top of a table where people must eat?" response was "I didn't see them." we naturally left, paused to look through the window and saw no activity to correct the problem. I'm sure the health inspector will correct the problem. I have inquired about a captain "D's" franchise. I think customers in the danville area would like a clean place to eat an affordable fish dinner. We cannot eat at south gilbert LJS's anymore. |
