We've had two bad experiences recently -- dirty restaurant, cold flavorless food, and poor service. The add-on charges really add up, too. They must have been sold because Qudoba used to be great, but not any more! |

My first visit to this place was almost my last. I ordered a burrito bowl and ask for a little more rice after she put such a small amount in it. She said it will cost 80 cents extra. I agreed making note that Chipolte NEVER charges for this. Then my daughter ordered soft tacos and asked for rice on it and was told it was an extra charge. NEVER at Chipolte. The food was ok, not as zesty and fresh as other places. I went back one more time to give them a chance and it was the same. I will never return. You can keep your rice. |

The locations in Louisville that I go to are always well staffed , the food is always well prepared,fresh,and fast.If I had to eat only one place for the rest of my life it would be Qdoba. I really don't understand any of the nrgative responses. |

The food was not good and when my daughter ordered extra cheese on her taco the cashier yelled down the line "That will cost you extra!" The workers were not friendly. The food was cold because the store was so cold. I WOULD not go back. I have been twice (giving it a chance)but I will not go back. |

This visit could have been better. Food was great, but the cashier took my card and gave me the free meal I had coming but didnt put second meal to go towards another. Said I would have to go online and do it. What a pain! |

When I first came here it was my most favorite place to go! Last several visits have been awful. The staff is always rude and impatient, not always the same people either. This is the only location I've gone to because I work here part time but I'm in no hurry to return or go out of my way to try another. Some of the other reviews I've read here mention Chipotle...maybe I should go there? |

I went to qudoba for the 1st time in 6 months and I have to say there price, quality, quantity and service has reduced emensly. I got my usual 3 tacos with shredded beef and just cheese and when I mentioned "now I said lotys of cheese cause I dont want anything else on it" while she sprinkled cheese on it like it was freakin salt; I got this comment from the cashier before I even got to him "CHEESE COSTS EXTRA"-really sounded like a total a$$. Which wouldve been fine if it werent for the fact he was extremely rude about it. Plus, I mentioned "Dobnt you have that 3 taco deal anymore" which they did have the last time I went there and I got this response "We never had that" in the most condescending tone. I also noted that their tacos have shrunk to half there original size!! They didnt appreciate a customers inquirey about their food going down hill too much. I say screw qudoba and go to freakin taco johns because you get the same quantity there for 1/3 the price. |

Sorry guys, Chipotle is 10 times better, at least in the Baltimore area. All the qudoba locations around here have horrible customer serive and are nasty inside, the food is much tastier at Chipotle and its a better eating environment. |
