I love the food, tho sometimes the mayo is barely spread on there
my biggest and only complaint is, im not exagerating, every time i go they short my fries! its only like half a carton. i love the fries!
fast service, nice people, but i always end up spending like $10. |

Wendy's food is pretty good. Better than McDonald's, at any rate. I just tried one of the Frosty shakes today...it was gross. Not in the sense that it actually tasted bad but it was sickeningly sweet, the cherry was nasty (I generally like cherries) and the whipped cream was just sugary overkill. And this shake was ridiculously overpriced. Also, the fries were cold and soggy but they usually are at that particular location. I do love the spicy chicken wrap, though. |

Iwas ordering a chicken wrap and I don't know they had a combo for it,the cashier which is the manager named elena argued and keep on telling "why you did not tell me". As a costumer we don't know everything on the menu and as a staff especially as a manager you should understand and explained the menu not to argue with the costumer. I think the biggest prob. is the employees service,this workplace needs to teach this manager how to work with clients. Where is her costumer service? As a client we want to see good service and nice attitude. |

Its usually the management team that reflects off on the employee's.If a store has shitty managers who treat their employees like shit you will know it.Take a moment to realize people in the fast food industry make mistakes,its a shitty job,but someone has to do it.'
I really feel sorry for them,especially when they have managers who are complete control freaks,and have some mental disorder to boot.I work for wendy's and i can tell you how F***** up some of the managers are.
These poor bastards get paid shit to get treated like shit.The Company is cheap,and there is no incentives for the employee's. |
