Tarmizi Malaysia/Selangor/Petaling Jaya [Sep 23, 2007] The food not really bad I think..And the atmosphere is fine.. |
Fiona Singapore/Singapore/Singapore [Jul 04, 2006] The reason for rating the service and environment so low is because due to an very unhappy incident that happened in Yoshinoya Parkway Parade in Singapore!
I often dine in,in yoshinoya singapore. As the food, I think is quite delicious. And everything seems to be so comfortable.
Some how during May. In Yoshinoya (Singapore), there was a promotion.Customer was entitled to have a lucky draw coupon .In my coupon ,it stated that I'm entitled to have a soft drink when I purchase a value meal. The promotion ended at 15th July 2006.
On 4th July 2006, I went to Yoshinoya Parkway Parade in Singapore.I purcahsed a value meal there. After paying the money. I realised that I still have the coupon which I haven't redeem so far. So I handed the coupon to the staff, claiming that I have the coupon. Is it possible to redeem it? She keeps mention that the promotion has ended on 30th June 2006. I showed her the dated stated on the coupon that the promotion ends is on 15th July 2006. She refused to let me to redeem my coupon. She asked her manager to come out to settle my case. A malay guy manager walked out of the kitchen. When he walked infront of me, he was using a very, very harsh tone. (Without look at me!!!)Throw the coupon infront of me. Telling me that his staff already key in everything and voiding this transation is very troublsome! He told me that he will give me cup of soft drink!Without explaining much, he just walked back to the kitchen!!!I just standing there like an idoit.
What kind of services is that??Since Yoshinoya is a well-known , high end fast food restaurant. Why the company still allow this kind of attitude around? I'm so disappointed with this kind of services!!!And I'm not going to dine in, in any of the Yoshinoya outlet again. Even in my trip to Japan again!!I hope that the management teams can handle this case carefully.Or your restaurant is going to lose all the customers. |
